 Calling themselves „Polish maddest sound”, Splendid successfully represent Eastern dancehall sound system scene in the international clashes. They just celebrated 10 years of killing with dubplates and the most crazy selection and MC’ing. They will have no mercy, so prepare your shoes to dance and as always, expect unexpectable!
They were also the first Polish crew to tour Norway having played there around 10 shows. Thanks to two visits to Jamaica they got the chance to learn the sound system craft from the best in the world, so what you undoubtedly can expect during their performances is excellent toasting and hyping up while juggling biggest ragga/dancehall anthems and wicked dubplates. But even though the most of the music played by Splendid Sound is up-to-di-time dancehall straight from Jamaica, they never forget to pay tribute to the foundation.
The members of the crew are: Kotune, Shchep, Don Himol and Matys. Splendid Sound was established in 2004 in Wroclaw and soon turned the city into a real dancehall fortress. After winning several clashes in Poland, they were first Polish sound to take international trophy and win Euro Cup Clash 2012 in Berlin. Splendid performed also in Czech, Norway, Austria, Italy and Bulgaria. They hosted in Poland many key figures of the international dancehall scene.
